AIYouApp ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, and the details you share when requesting a YouApp. We also collect usage data to improve the service.
We use your information to build and deliver your YouApp, communicate with you about your account and projects, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely on servers located in a data center with industry-standard security practices. Session data is stored in an encrypted, HTTP-only cookie.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Private Beta accounts are adult-owned. An adult owner may create guardian-managed profiles for a child or teen. We process a country or region and a neutral birth month/year declaration to derive an age band and eligibility; the interface does not ask a child to self-identify as a child.
YouApp audience, distribution, data, and capability declarations are used to enforce high-privacy defaults. Child-managed YouApps remain private, public publication is unavailable, and raw birth data and child identifiers are excluded from model proposal context.
Eligible M1 customization requests use an included Local AI service to prepare a candidate proposal. A proposal may be incorrect and is never activated automatically: the responsible owner or guardian must review and approve it. Cloud model Providers are not used for this user M1 flow. Candidate and activated versions support rejection, rollback, and restore.
Local AI is included during this limited beta; this is not a permanent pricing commitment. Operational usage metadata may be retained for reliability and safety, without storing raw model reasoning.
